Commandments
- I will not drink soda or other sugar filled drinks.
 - I will not eat junk.
 - I will eat six small meals a day.
 - I will drink at least ten 8oz glasses of water a day.
 - I will pray and workout everyday.
 - I will not QUIT!
 
For 100 days I fought to lose weight and at my final weigh-in on 3/10/11, I lost 15 pounds and gained self-confidence and courage. The next 100 days will be filled with much more while I continue to improve my newly gianed qualities. Follow me on the second half of my journey. Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
